Ride the City started out as a extraordinary routing application for bicyclists, but it was hermetically sealed in a world of its own. We ported it to the Drupal CMS, creating a bridge between Drupal and the mapping database and maintaining full backwards compatibility with the application's original url structure. We added customized user accounts, an advertising management dashboard, a blog, and bicycle store profiles, creating a well-rounded website ready for the social web.

We provide ongoing technical support for BOX Creative's brilliant web adaptation of this celebrity publication, including, including programming, theming support and troubleshooting.

In collaboration with KickApps, we created myBudgetTravel, a companion to the Newsweek corporation's famous travel magazine. Visitors can submit their own travel advice, network with fellow travellers, and share their stories in personal journals that include videos and photos.

In order to further engage online readers, Popular Mechanics decided to create online communities around each of their editorial departments. In collaboration with KickApps, we created myBike, a place for motorcysle enthusiasts to meet and share blogs, videos, and photos of their custom bikes.

We created this invitation-only network for Officina, giving globetrotters a place to share personal recommendations and tips for various international destinations. It includes a full CMS with several editorial tiers, featuring destination pages, venue recommendations, user profiles, and custom invitation functionality.
